Getting our monthly cell phone bill is the worst. I hate the fact that we are spending $160+ on just two cell phones each month. Right now we are locked in a 2 year contract but as soon as that is up in October I am switching our phone plan to one of the lowest priced unlimited plans. I really just can’t justify spending that much per month on a phone – I mean, it’s just a phone!

I picked up the One Touch Evolve phone for $79.88 and the starter kit for $25. I liked the Evolve because it was sleek and had a touch screen. I wanted to test out something that was simple to use but easy to upgrade and personalize, and this phone is just that! I love the screen size and how easy it is to navigate. It’s the perfect way to spend your upcoming tax money, am I right? This would be the perfect gift for a loved one for Valentines Day too! It’s the gift that keeps on giving! And there are SO many phones to choose from that are under $100. I couldn’t believe the Evolve was only $79.88, it just looks and feels like it would cost so much more.
If you’re looking for a new phone or new phone plan, you’ve got to check out Walmart Family Mobile. If having a fancy smartphone is important to you – then you can keep it! It’s easy to use your existing smartphone on this plan too (I have an iPhone 4s and it’s compatible!) – but if you’re looking for a new phone you won’t believe the variety they have and how inexpensive they are! I can’t wait until our phone bill shrinks down to half the size when we switch to Walmart Family Mobile!

We have Verizon, and I HATE it. I can’t wait until August when our contract is up. Thanks for the idea to check this out……we have four lines and our bill is outrageous – $274.00. Granted, our children reimburse us for their portion, but still!!!!!

Ugh. I dread seeing our bill come in the mail. Cell phone service has gotten out of control! I’m glad to see that as we come out of contract we will have other options.
