Taking the time to relax and “re-fill your tank” as a new mom is extremely important. Because in all honesty it can be frustrating and we all have had those days when we just feel overwhelmed. Taking a nice, long bath with a cup of Chamomile Tea is one of my fave things to do! Of course, I can’t even take a five minute shower without interruption, so who knows when I’ll ever get to relax again, ha ha ha!
