The first wine I tried was the Lennox Vineyards Chardonnay. It was crisp, oak driven, and just darn delicious. I am a huge fan of this Chardonnay. I poured myself a glass, sat outside, and took a deep breath. It’s a little fruity and the taste is bold. The vineyard it comes from has a lower level of production which generally results in better, more flavorful wine. 

The second bottle was a Vina Robles Red wine. Vina Robles is located in Paso Robles and is owned by Hans Nef who is one of few wine makers in California of Swiss heritage. The wine is full-flavored and to me it tastes like Michigan cherries. It is the perfect cozy-up-in-you-pjs-and-watch-a-chick-flick kind of wine and I would highly recommend it!

Again,  I couldn’t have been more pleased with Uncorked Ventures – the selections I received were flavorful and an all-around great value! There are a few different memberships available so if you’re a wine lover – definitely head on over and check out your options!
