World Market #GourmetGetaway Sweepstakes

Hi friends!

Today I’m going to share an awesome Italian recipe I made with lots of goodies from World Market to celebrate the Gourmet Giveaway Sweepstakes that they having going on! And who doesn’t love Italian Food, am I right?

I wanted to create a yummy Baked Pasta dish – and I knew World Market would have just what I needed to bring my delicious vision to life. My husband also added a few extra goodies into the cart for snacks!

The meal was delicious, everyone loved it! My father-in-law was over watching football with my husband and Wyatt so he got to enjoy the meal with us too! It was the perfect family meal for Sunday dinner!

Items Pictured: Columbus Italian Dry Salame, Formaggini Al Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Wedges, Torino Classic Thin Breadsticks, Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce, Penne Pasta, Similar Italian Soda found here.

What you’ll need:

• 4 cups World Market All-Natural Penne Pasta, uncooked
• 1 jar (24 oz.) World Market Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
• 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
• 6 ounces (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, cubed
• 3/4 cup Sour Cream
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 
• 1/3 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
• 12 cooked turkey meatballs 

Let’s get cooking:

1. HEAT oven to 375ºF.
2. Cook pasta in saucepan, drain, remove from pan.
3. Add marinara sauce, tomatoes and cream cheese to pan you cooked the noodles in & cook until the cream cheese is melted. Make sure you stir frequently.  
4. Cut turkey meatballs in half and add to the mixture.
5. Return pasta to pan with mixture, stir well.
6. Get out a 13×9-inch baking dish and pour 1/2 of the pasta mixture into the pan.
7. Then, cover with sour cream and 1 cup mozzarella 
8. Add remaining pasta mixture and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
9. BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Bruschetta: Just spread World Market’s La Piana Tomato Garlic Bruschetta mix onto bread and bake as directed.
