What if you could stop sorting your laundry? Can you imagine how much time you would save if you could just use the “throw-and-go” method? Well, Purex® developed a detergent that will save you time when doing laundry. It’s got an Anti-Color-Transfer Technology which means if there are loose dyes in the wash, they won’t settle on articles of clothing! This means no color bleeding! I cannot count the times that this has happened to me, and it is so annoying!
On a weekly basis, I do SO much laundry. I mean, honestly. With two little ones, a hubby, and myself, things tend to get dirty – fast. Just Levi alone goes through about 3 outfits a day! So time I can save doing laundry is time I can spend with my family, and you really can’t beat that. So I stopped by Walmart and picked up a bottle – to test it out and to see if it really worked.
I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was – under $5? It was an awesome price! I took off the cap in the store to smell it (yeah, I’m “one of those” people) and I absolutely fell in love with the fresh scent!
So, I know you’re wondering – how did it perform? Well, I threw in a bunch of clothes – added a cap full and some fabric softener and turned on the wash. When I pulled out the clothes 20 minutes later they smelled fresh, they were clean, and they were spotless!
The Rules Have Changed: “Laundry users believe sorting is an essential part of their laundry routine so our challenge is to convince them that that has changed. In order to reassure our consumers we have focused on educating them on our breakthrough Anti-Color-Transfer Technology which traps loose dyes in the wash and does not let them settle onto other fabrics. As a result they are able to simplify their laundry routine by doing less sorting and less loads. The back label reads “Purex No Sort detergent is packed with innovation, but it can’t perform miracles, so please follow these words of advice: wash strongly colored fabrics or new pieces of clothing, especially jeans, separately at least 5 times before doing a mixed color load with Purex No Sort detergent.” – Purex®
