Hey everyone! Here is an easy tutorial on how to spice up a picture frame!
You’ll need:
-a picture frame
– mod podge
– 2 pieces of scrapbook paper {2 different colors}
-pen/pencil
-scissors
-ribbon
-transparent message {I had mine on hand, but I believe I bought a pack of them at Joann’s- in scrap booking section}
-Glue Stick
First, pick out the piece of scrapbook paper that you want for the base of the frame.

Lay the paper & frame wrong side up, and trace the outside and inside- to know what needs to be trimmed, then cut your paper to size.
Spread Mod Podge on frame.
Carefully press the paper onto the frame smoothing out bubbles as you go.
Take transparent message and cut scrapbook paper {other color} to fit perfectly behind. Adhere together with a light layer of Mod Podge.
Using a glue stick {or Mod Podge}, glue message onto frame.

I chose to add ribbon on either side of the message. Then I went over the entire frame {ribbon and all} with Mod Podge and put in my favorite picture- Wyatt’s birth announcement!

I love it!
