Hi, friends!
If you’ve read my blog for a while now you know that my little Wyatt is a VERY picky eater. We still introduce many foods to him but he definitely has his favorites. Something we have been concerned about is how he would get the nutrition that he needs, because he is not a fan of fruits, vegetables, or pretty much anything healthy. We were also worried about DHA.
What’s DHA? DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that is key for your little ones brain and eyes. DHA is short for docosahexaenoic acid. DHA is important for a toddlers diet – but, even a toddler (who isn’t a picky eater) is only getting 25% of the DHA recommended by experts. And since 85% of the brains growth happens within the first three years of life it is important that we maintain that level of DHA in our little ones.
So what can we do? Simple, Enfagrow. They’ve developed a delicious powdered drink that has important nutrients for your toddler like DHA, Iron, Vitamin C, Calcium, Prebiotics, and more. Because we ALL know that with a picky eater it is way easier to get them to drink something that tastes similar (like milk) rather than get them to eat something they don’t enjoy. It’s even available in a vanilla flavor if your little one isn’t a huge fan of that milk taste!
For us, this has been a lifesaver. I can rest easy knowing that Wyatt is getting what his brain needs and I don’t have to force it on him. DHA is most commonly found in fatty fish, which is something he would never enjoy. This makes it so incredibly simple to ensure his brain has everything it needs to grow and develop!

Great giveaway, I have a friend who would LOVE to win this <3
Thank you! And please pass it along to your friend!
I’m so glad you found something that your little boy enjoys!
Me too! Wyatt definitely loves it – I was scared he wouldn’t like the taste but it is really close to milk!
I used to nanny for a very picky eater. Products like this were a great way to be sure she got the nutrition she needed.
Fun give away!
So glad he likes the drinks and that it can help supplement his diet!
My son is 21 months and we still give him whole milk with DHA, I feel its so important!
I’ve heard great things about this stuff recently! Lots of my friends swear their toddlers sleep much longer on it!
Interesting! I’ve never heard of this product!
Thank you for making me aware of this and DHA.
GREAT giveaway! Wish I had a babe to enter with.
That’s so sad that he’s not a fan of anything healthy! I’m sure it will grow on him ๐ I had never heard of DHA, so thanks for clarifying what it is to me – It’s good that you’re giving him supplements so he doesn’t miss out!

Great tips! I love that there is so much available now for growing kids.
Really great for picky toddlers (and I think all toddlers are picky at some point!)
I used to give my son suplements when he was little. Until I noticed that they had corn syrup.
I am pregnant with my first, so I am willing to try anything!
We are always trying to find ways to improve the nutrition of our children. Thanks for sharing!
