Hey all, I am so happy to be hanging out here today! Kendall is my favorite person, so I was thrilled to share with you all today!
I have to be honest, through most of high school I managed a tanning salon & I would be in a tanning bed everyday. I continued that trend up until I got married and then it just hit me, this is so bad for you. Skin cancer scares the crap out of me, so I stopped using tanning beds completely. However, I am translucent, like Casper the friendly ghost white and sometimes I still want that tan look.
I have tried probably every single self tanning lotion on the market and I have some favorites. I wanted to share these with you today because it’s a much safer way to get a nice glowing tan rather then fake and bake yourself in a tanning bed or out in the sun all day. I don’t think anyone wants to look like that creepy “Tanning Mom” chick.
I’m going to share three of of my favorites with you!
1. St. Tropez – I la la love this brand. It has an olive base to it, in the mousse and the lotion so instead of looking like an oompa loompa your tan comes off very natural looking. It also provides you with a mitt so your hands don’t get gross looking and this is one of the best because you don’t end up with streaks. I love it.
2. Beautisol – I love this Tea Tan Glow, it’s an instant bronzer. Pretty much you put this on, have a gorgeous tan with no streaking and it rinses off in the shower. Love it.
3. Jergens – This is a gradual tanner, it takes anywhere from 3-7 days to start showing color and it’s always a nice glow. As white as I am I can even use the darker of the two and still look natural! It’s my go to daily moisturizer!
I am obsessed with Jergens, especially now that it does not smell!

Sparkles and Shoes
I’ve used St Tropez once before and absolutely hated it! The smell was gross and it didn’t apply very well for me. That was about 3 years ago though so maybe they’ve updated their formula!
However, I just recently bought the Jergens Natural Glow and so far am loving it! I’ve only applied it twice but can already see a slight difference. Oh and did I mention that it doesn’t smell? That’s wonderful!
