Hello everyone! Hope you’re staying cool in this hot-hot weather. I have been struggling with the heat because our apartment does not have air conditioning {because it never gets hot in northern Michigan, psh}. Luckily, we are moving out on the 30th and moving in to another apartment with AC, and I really couldn’t be happier. I turn into a completely different person when I get too hot, the poor hubs has had to deal with the monster {me} all week!
Speaking of moving- we have been packing at night when the little one is asleep and the air is cooler. I am so excited to move and set up our new place. I was searched Google for “star wall decor” and the image below popped up from Simply Decor
I love the look of the clumped together stars- but not the price tag, $104.99! So I did some bargain shopping to re-create the look. Here’s what I got:
All of the stars I bought were from Joann’s and they were ALL on sale!
This one was $4.99, originally $14.99.
It’s actually a tray but, I loved the chicken wire and the color!
This sage green beauty was also $4.99, originally $9.99
{home decor was 40% off + student discount of 10%!}
And saving the best for last….
This wooden wonder! I think I payed about $7.00 for it but look how beautiful she is! They are going to look so good grouped together!
And best of all – I payed under $20.00!!
I am so excited to start decorating!!
