Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Cuisinart, but my love for their Baby Food Maker is all my own! #Homemadebabyfood
If I could do one thing differently while Wyatt was a baby, I would have made all of his baby food. I had the baby bullet and I had used it a few times – but the food that it made (for me) was too choppy. There were always big chunks and I couldn’t get the consistency just right. I gave up, and bought the canned food. But, little did I know – I just didn’t have the right baby food maker.
Insert the Cuisinart Baby Food Maker. This thing is absolutely fantastic and it makes my job of making Levi’s food SO much easier, seriously. You just wouldn’t believe how easy it is to make baby food in this thing. It’s got a steamer so you can literally throw raw veggies in here and steam them until they are soft, then puree them. All in one machine! Before I was boiling carrots, etc. and then adding it into a blender. Boiling takes some of the much-needed nutrition out of foods so I was thrilled to see that the folks at Cuisinart came up with a genius solution! PLUS you can warm bottles in this thing! Yup. It does it all. I spend about an hour on Sundays preparing Levi’s food for THE WHOLE WEEK! Just one hour! And it’s so much fun to mix and match ingredients to create new things for him to eat – this machine has definitely changed the way I see baby food! It’s so much fun!
Let me show you how EASY it is to make Levi’s favorite, Banana Puree:
See, I told you – EASY! I absolutely love this machine! 4 Bananas makes 2 ice-cube trays and that’s enough for a whole week! We love to add the banana cubes into oatmeal or mix them up with other veggies. When the cubes are frozen in the trays I label a freezer ziploc bag, date it, and pour in the banana cubes for easy storage.
Levi’s favorite mix right is 1 cube of banana & 1 cube of carrots! Soon he will be old enough that we can introduce different meats into his diet – and that is when the gourmet purees will develop ๐ I can’t wait!
Now time for the fun part – the GIVEAWAY!

I love that you can do everything in one machine, less items to wash.
I like that you can steam food. I like this recipe https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_3/9540.html
Omg I love this!!!! I really love the steam feature, because you’re right- boiling takes out all the nutrients. Once Addison is able to move to baby food I really want to make my own because I’ll know what is exactly in it (and it’s cheaper!) This is awesome. This banana-pear recipe sounds delicious for Addison and easy: https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_1/277.html
I just LOVE homemade baby food. Everything about it makes me happy!!
This Zucchini bread teething sticks recipe sounds great! We always have zucchini in our garden and this would be an excellent recipe to make with all of the extra zucchini! My cousin got cancer at age 13 and was told she would never be able to have children one day because of the cancer treatments she had to go through but she is now expecting her first son!! I would love to gift this machine to her and for us to make baby food together! For a busy mom that fact that this is a steamer too is wonderful! Thanks for this opportunity! https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_2/280.html
I like how versatile it is! And I love purรฉe blends so this recipe looks awesome to me https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_1/273.html.
I love how easy it seems to use the machine. The Oven Baked Butternut Squash Risotto recipe sounds yummy.
what a great idea! im excited to do that when i have a baby ๐
I always wanted to make my own baby food. This looks great!

I like that you can steam the food in the machine instead of cooking in a pot then pureeing. Less dishes!

That face! Darling! I would definitely had a better chance of making my babe’s food if I had that awesome gadget to help me that’s for sure!
awww cute baby!! the baby food make looks good x
Mmmmm bananas. That actually made me hungry looking at your photos lol
This looks so easy. I am going to tell my sister about this. Thanks for sharing!
I love how simple it is to use & my favorite recipes on the blog are https://www.songbirdsandbuttons.com/2014/05/50-grill-recipes/
…so many great options!!!
How easy! Saving for when we have little ones.
I love that it is a one stop shop!!! Plus it’s Cuisinart- you know that you are getting one solid machine based on the name ๐
This risotto sounds DELISH https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_3/9540.html and I love that it’s not just for baby food, it can be used as they get older as well. If I win, I’m gonna give this to my sister who’s pregnant with her first kiddo ๐
This is awesome. I love making myown baby food. I dont have this handy machine, jusy a magic bullet. But this would make a perfect gift for my friend who’s pregnant and we were JUST talking aboit making baby food!
And i think.this recipie looks yummy. Just may make it this week!https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_3/9541.html
The proof of the pudding is in the eating and from that pic I think your baby approves.
Love that you can do it all with this!
This is so awesome! I have a 4 month old. I think the best thing about it is the steam feature! So awesome. I like the peaches and banns rice recipe https://www.cuisinart.coma/baby/recipes/stage_1/273.html
I love the fact that it is lightweight and can save so much time and that it can steam food. This is my favorite recipe https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_3/9540.html

I love making homemade baby food and this is so much nicer than my old blender! ๐
I think this cuisinart steamer and processor is amazing! I love the fact that you can steam, process and heat up all with one appliance. It’s less clean up and sounds like you’ll be able to make a lot of baby foods in a short amount of time. I think being able to make your own baby food is so much better than buying jarred food because you know exactly what’s going into the baby food and you’ll be able to mix and make different flavors that aren’t sold in stores. I think this recipe sounds delicious and is definitely one I want to try making for my daughter when she’s old enough to try it: https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_2/299.html
I love the steam feature. I love the fact that you are actually able to do everything in one. Other baby food makers I’ve used you end up having to use half the things in your kitchen to make your baby food and this is so perfect being able to do it all in one!
This is some of my sons favorite foods! https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_2/299.html
I love that you can steam in the same container and keep all the great nutrients for the little one! My guy is only 7 weeks old but I plan on making his food when he’s older. I wish I had this with my first baby!
Since he’ll be starting with singles to make sure there are no allergies/rections, I’d probably do plain avocado first but then try out the banan pear combo (sounds delish even for me!) https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_1/277.html
Thanks for a great giveaway!
Such a happy baby!! Too cute!
I love that it steams! This looks so good: https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_3/9541.html
Gosh I try to make my baby’s food but it’s been rough cause I don’t have the right equipment obviously. Would love this! Plus, it warms bottles TOO? SOLD! ๐
My babe loves his veggies so I’d definitely be hitting this recipe up

How fun?! Its got to be great to know exactly what your baby is eating and that whatever your make is made with love! Great post!
I will have to send this post to my sister-in-law. Thanks!
Homemade baby food is definitely the way forward. I will definitely be following your lead when I start to wean my baby.
I love the idea of making my own baby food, and having it all in one machine!
Here’s my favorite: https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_3/9541.html
I love that it steams and my fav recipe would have to be https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_3/9541.html. My little man would love this ๐
OOH! I will have to put one of these on my baby registry when I get pregnant!
I love that it’s easy to make and that I could do my own organic foods for my boys (:
I used the Baby Bullet, too, but I’ve decided to look into a different one for our next kid! I am loving this Cusinart food maker.
We were big sweet potato fans, so I’m going with this recipe: https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_2/288.html
I love that it has the built in steamer! I made baby food for my previous babies but it wasn’t nearly this easy. I’m planning on making my own with baby #3 & this would make my life so much easier! I love the “very veggie” recipe- my kids always loved carrots and they hide the taste of other veggies really well! https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_1/275.html
I love that it can cook and chop in the same machine. I like the very veggie recipe
https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_1/275.html
I like that this can also warm bottles. One less thing on the counter! This avocado recipe would be super for my super baby. https://www.cuisinart.com/baby/recipes/stage_1/268.html
I love the smooth consistency it can achieve
