Hey folks! Happy Wednesday!
Today we’re talking a little bit about prepping for Flu Season at Sam’s Club! If you’ve been reading this blog for some time you know that we love Sam’s Club! I mean, who doesn’t love being able to buy just about anything your household needs all in one spot? And in bulk?! Most Sam’s Club’s even have pharmacies where you can get flu vaccinations!
We stopped in today to buy some supplies for helping our home get healthy and clean! As you know, we were sick for a few weeks so all I want to do now is disinfect everything! From toys, to furniture, it all needs to be disinfected! So, we picked up some wipes and sprays to help really disinfect our space. Lysol sprays are really convenient because it works on furniture and other surfaces that are difficult to clean!
And of course, I brought two adorable shoppers with me..
I also picked up some of my favorite teas! Because my favorite beverage in the fall/winter is a hot cup of tea! It’s relaxing and perfect to have on hand for cold/flu season!
Sam’s Club also has an awesome Healthy Living Made Simple website and app that is filled with other ideas on how you can stay healthy all year long! Note: The Healthy Living Made Simple App is only available for iPad and iPhone at this time. It’s a great magazine filled with so many informative articles! And the best part is, it’s completely free!
Are you prepped and ready for cold/flu season?
If not, no worries – there’s still time! Just make sure to swing by Sam’s Club!
I wish I had a Sam’s Club near me. Sounds like they have everything.
We do not have a sams club near us.. but we are prepared cause the winter is coming and so are the colds..
Ahhhhh I really should stock up on all this stuff… My princess being in preschool this year…. Ughhhh…. Lol
I thought I was prepared, but you must made me realize that I’m out of Lysol spray. I can’t go without that, so I’ll have to get some pronto!
When my children were still home I always had these sorts of products around, and I still do even thought they’re all married, but I also sprayed Lysol or some sort of disinfectant spray around as my mother, and grandmother did before me.
How nice. These products look like they will not only keep germs aways but stickiness as well. With kids comming in and out, I need to re-stock my cleaning supplies.
I thought i was prepared for Cold and Flu season but i just got over my second cold of the season. Time to pull out the disinfectant.
Lysol is a staple in my house. We wouldn’t survive flu season without it.
They offer flu shots now? You really can get everything at Sam’s Club.
I think one of the best solutions for prevention is frequently washing of hands. Would you think getting flu shots will also help?
Unfortunately we don’t have a Sam’s club in our town. Looks like some amazing deals!
You are so prepared. But better prepared right?
I can’t say I prep for getting ready for flu season! Haha. I hope for the best that I don’t get the flu. Omg, I can’t beleive the amount of controversy I received on FB/Twitter when I asked if people got the flu shot, and why/why not. Can’t say I’ll be bringing that subject up again to the friends lol.
Tis the season, isn’t it? Time to get prepared!
Those are great deals! Hope I live near.
Haven’t heard of them before but thanks for the info :).
Sounds like they just have everything you need for this preparation for the flu.
Before there was BJ’s and Costco in Florida, we had Sam’s Club only. I am NOT prepared for flu season! Ugh, need to get on this asap because I can’t take time off work again this year lol.
I absolutely love Sam’s Club. I buy almost everything there. I have a gallon tub of mayo in my fridge.
I’m prepared for flu season in that I already had a cold or the flu or something EVIL AND AWFUL for a week in early October and seeing as I only get sick once a year, knocks on wood, I’m well and sorted until next October.
I realize that’s not very scientific but I can’t afford to get sick so the universe is gonna have to deal.
My son’s teacher last year used to ask parents for Clorox wipes all the time. She was very proactive in limiting flu germs in her classroom. ๐
I would love to have a Sam’s Club up here because you can save so much money shopping. I use Lysol for everything. I see your mint tea and now I am going to have to go get some. It sounds so good right now with it snowing outside. Thanks for sharing.
I usually get the flu shot but haven’t yet this year! (eek!) Working in schools I am always so nervous that I am going to catch something!
I love shopping at Sam’s Club. It’s nice to be able to stock up on great necessities.
My hubby goes to Sams Club all the time. I need to remind him to stock up on some of those teas.
I’m ready for cold and flu season. Had my flu shot and careful to wash my hands and stay away from germs.
We do the same thing after the family just gets over being sick! Even with the quantity of product we get from Sam’s Club, we still go through it pretty fast trying to disinfect everything! #client
Lysol is a must with little ones-especially if there a more then one little one around! And tea….especially after a looonnng day!
