Easy Inspirational Gum Jar

Hope you’re having a wonderful day so far! Today I’m sharing a fun little tutorial for an inspirational gum jar! It’s so simple but is guaranteed to have such an impact throughout your day. I don’t know about you, but I love chewing gum, always have, and most likely always will. I can’t get enough of Extra® Gum Polar Ice®, its been my favorite since high school.

My husband is also a fan, so I wanted to create something that was both easy and that would help lift our spirits when we need it throughout the day. Because, let’s face it, work and raising little ones are no easy tasks. We need all of the inspiration and positivity we can get! Am I right? 😉

Here’s what you’ll need:

Extra® Gum Spearmint
Extra® Gum Polar Ice®
Mason jar
Tape
Pen
Sticker
3 Paper Doilies

Here’s what you do:

Grab all of your supplies.
Layer two doilies and fold in half.
Wrap around mason jar and secure sides with tape.
Place your sticker in the center of the jar, ontop of the doily you just secured.
Grab your Extra® Gum and fill entire jar, I love the new Extra® 35-stick pack, (it helps to shake the jar every so often so all of the pieces sift to the bottom.
Grab a few pieces and write encouraging messages on slips of white paper, tuck those inside as “surprise” pieces.

The fun part is, you never know if your piece (or someone else in your home) will contain an inspiring message, just when you need it most!

It’s a simple way to add a spark of happiness to someones day, don’t you agree?
