Hello, darlings! My name is English and I have a blog about freckles. Okay, not really…it’s just called Be Freckled. But, if I decided to write one post a day for each freckle I have, then I’d never ever run out of writing material. Ever. I’m a childless wonder [in the blogging world, that is] that lives on a hilltop in Germany with my sweet military husband and two slightly overbearing Boxer pups. While we are often overwhelmed with working [Air Force for him, substitute teaching for me], college, and general responsibilities of being adults, we also make time to enjoy our European surroundings and our rare time together.
You may be wondering what Be Freckled is about. Well, it has nothing to do with children, crafts, or cooking. I’m no good at any of those things. What you will find, however, are a few book reviews, letters every Friday, discussion posts, travel updates, and tons and tons of pictures. You see, I’m kind of addicted to my camera… I tend to tell our life story through photos. So, while our days are chaotic with moving, Christmas Markets [hooray!], school, and anything else that pops up, you’d be able to follow along via a stream of pictures. Lucky you! Oh, you’d like to see a few you say? Well…if you insist.
There you have it! Just a little bit of me. Being a military wife isn’t always easy, especially when you live in a foreign country, but we are bound and determined to make the most of our time here. I’d love to have you join us on our adventures!
