Then went out to breakfast at our favorite little spot.
Posed for some pics with my adorable little man.
And then headed off to a local flower nursery to pick out some blooms for our balcony.

Then we watched another mother and her babies taking a swim in the pond. 
There are 8 little babies – and Wyatt and I sit out and watch them everyday.

And to end the night we went on a long drive. It’s been something we’ve been doing a lot of lately – driving and talking as Wyatt snoozes in the back seat. He doesn’t last 10 minutes before he’s out – which gives hubby and I plenty of time to discuss different plans that are in the works. Plus, it’s nice to have time just to unwind at the end of the day – watch the pretty sunset- and there is always iced coffee involved.

I had such a wonderful Mother’s day and I hope all you other momma’s out there did to! I feel so grateful for all that I have – and for being able to be “ma-ma” to the most adorable little guy out there. A big thanks to my hub William for making my first mother’s day so special. It’s a day I will never forget.
