Let’s talk one of my favorite things, coffee! Lately, I’ve been enjoying drinking my coffee cold – even though it’s still snowing here. I guess the logic behind that is I hope it will make summer come immediately. Because I’m tired of it being 0 degrees outside. I, too, like my coffee cold. I cold brew a pound of really good coffee in huge vat and then store in the fridge in glass containers. I try and wake up an hour before the kids each day so I can enjoy my tall, icy glass of coffee (with raw stevia and coconut milk), read Huffington Post and sift through all my emails. I love both hot and cold coffee, so basically, I just love coffee. I will give you hope and encouragement because it was 86 degrees today and sun shining (Houston, TX). I only say that because we have had a long, cold winter for even us. I don’t like ice storms in Houston….it makes it a very scary place to travel ๐ So, spring is on its way!!
