He LOVED the king size bed! This is one of my favorite travel memories because he just loved the hotel SO much! ๐

I didn’t know you could save money by booking through Shop at Home. Nice! I have had good experiences with Choice Hotels during travel. Soon, I will be traveling to Michigan…haven’t even started to look to see what is available where I’m going…don’t think there are many options : (
As much as I would love to travel during the holidays, I can’t afford to. Maybe another time I will have a chance to.
I think more hotels need to offer kids amenities, like kids television, or play areas. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels with my two rug rats and the first thing we have to do is make sure all the things you have to buy that they place in the rooms are put up high and we have to unplug the phones because they become toys. Its definitely a good idea to consider kids needs as well.
I travel once in a while. I make sure comfort gets a premium. Thanks for this one!

We haven’t tried traveling during the holiday season and we are not going to do it this year either. My hubby’s family just lives in a nearby town and it’s only 10 minutes away from where we live. And if ever we visit our family in my home country, the holiday season won’t be ideal because our son only has a week of winter beak. Summertime would be the best time to pay them a visit.
