Hi friends!
I feel like it’s been forever since I posted. Do you ever have those weeks where things just get so crazy you’re left spinning by the end of it? I’ve been having a lot of those lately. We have been extremely blessed the past few months with so many amazing opportunities, and sometimes when you’re in the “thick” of craziness you need to take a step back to breathe. Today I am just grateful – and I wanted to document exactly what I’m grateful for in this moment, before it slips my mind.
My heart is grateful for:
- Levi is WALKING – Levi started walking full-on this week! His little feet are rockin’ and rollin’ now! We took him to visit his foot doctor so he could see little Levi walk too – and he was so impressed! Typically, clubfoot babies don’t walk until they’re around 18 months and Levi is only 15 months. The strength and perseverance this little thing has is just beyond me. And I couldn’t be more proud.
- Wyatt is getting bumped up – Wyatt is doing SO well in his special needs preschool, that they’re bumping him up next year to another class at another school! He’s talking more and more each day, excelling in everything he is doing at school, and no longer needs the level of assistance that he once did! William and I are just floored with the progress he has made in his current class – and we are SO thankful to the wonderful instructors, therapists, etc who work with him each and every day. They truly are AMAZING people.
- Work is great – I am absolutely loving my job! I wake up everyday, excited to start my day – excited to get right to work. I feel so lucky to be able to work from home and build my schedule around my family. And I am so grateful that my husband stays home to take care of my babies so I can take on all of the amazing opportunities I have been given the past few months.
- I’ve hit the gym – Yup, you read that right – I got a gym membership and have been working out three times a week! I go at night when the babies are asleep, and pump that iron! I feel like I have SO much more energy now and I can’t wait to see the pounds start to fly off! ๐
- Sunny Essentials – I’ve started selling Young Living essential oils with my BFF Chelsea! Our page is called Sunny Essentials and you can find us HERE. Both Chelsea and I are obsessed (to say the least) with EO’s and what they can do – and we’re so excited to share that love with others!
- I’m happy – For the first time in my entire life, I can say that I am really happy. I feel like things are really working themselves into place and my path has become completely clear. William and I are setting goals for the future, making time for our kids, planning trips, saving money, and just getting on the right track. I am so lucky to live life and raise these little ones with him, I’m telling you – I have the best husband ever.
I think it is super-important to take a few minutes each day and just be thankful.
So tell me, what is ONE thing you are thankful for TODAY?
Little Levi walking:
I am thankful that my calf injury is finally almost fully healed and I could get back to my normal workout routine this past week. Well almost….
