- My goal for this year is to lose 30 pounds. Yeah, I said it – 30 POUNDS. But before you freak out and think that is too much weight to lose – let me tell you that I am about 70-80lbs overweight. According to the “stats” I am obese. Wow, that was hard to write. Anyways, this year is MY year to lose the weight – I’ve been eating healthy for a few weeks now and it’s made a world of a difference! I’m only going to weigh myself once a month so I don’t know how much I’ve lose so far but I feel like I can really already see a difference! It’s so exciting!
