Hello, friends!
Hope you’re having an awesome day! Did you know that January is Hot Tea Month? My husband and I are over here celebrating by drinking hot tea and eating delicious Honey Lemon Tea Biscuits! Seriously, these things are so delicious! They’re light, flakey, and perfect to pair with our favorite tea. My husband loves theย Bigelow Green Tea, and I’m a huge fan of Bigelowย Cozy Chamomile.
Fun Tea Fact: Did you know that tea is second only to water as the most widely consumed beverage in the WORLD? 82% of Americans drink tea, that’s around 158 MILLION people!
Drinking tea for me is something that warms me up on a cold winter’s day, something that makes me feel cozy and peaceful. Each night after the kiddos are in bed, my husband and I make hot tea and just relax. I work all day up in my office, and he’s busy taking care of the boys, so nighttime is our time to hang out, relax, and talk about our day.
Our Honey Lemon Tea Biscuits are the perfect companion to any delicious, warm cup of Bigelow Tea. Ready to see how they’re made? I’ll include the recipe card and photos (I’m a visual learner, so I hope they help you, too!).
