For the month of September I had the pleasure of working with PERDUE® to share some easy meal ideas like my Gluten-Free Avocado Chicken Tender Wrap and to participate in a Facebook chat on the Perdue Official Facebook page. Such an honor to be involved – and I’m back today with this delicious Gluten-Free recipe! You’re gonna LOVE this Gluten-Free Chicken Pasta Bake!
I’m sharing a delicious (and easy!) Gluten-Free Chicken Pasta Bake! This meal is so easy to whip up, easy to freeze if you want to make it ahead of time (or prepare it for a friend), and easy to enjoy! And, most importantly, it’s Gluten-Free so if you have someone in your family with an allergy or on a restricted diet, this is the perfect dish to serve! It’s become a favorite in our house because it’s something everyone can enjoy!
Gluten-Free Chicken Pasta Bake Ingredients:
- 16 oz Gluten Free Pasta
- 8oz Mozzarella cheese block, shredded
- 2 24oz Tomato Garlic Pasta Sauce
- 5-6 Perdue® Simply Smart Gluten Free Chicken Breast Tenders, cooked
- Mozzarella thin-sliced cheese slices
Steps:
- Cook your pasta as directed on the package, drain, return to pot.
- Stir in 2 cans pasta sauce, mix well.
- Pour half of pasta into bake dish.
- Cook your Perdue Chicken as directed on package, cut into bite-sized pieces spread evenly in bake dish over pasta.
- Add half of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with remaining pasta/sauce mix.
- Evenly sprinkle remainder of mozzarella cheese.
- Grab your cheese slices and cover the top of the dish making sure the entire surface is covered.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve while Hot and ENJOY this delicious Gluten-Free Chicken Pasta Bake meal!
